Kitchin’s Mutton Masala It can either be rubbed onto pieces of meat as a dry powder mix, or combined with oil to make a paste that more easily coats the meat. It is used to cook mutton gravy and gives good flavor for the food.

How to use:

•Heat oil in a pan, cook cumin seeds, and onions until golden.
•Add ginger-garlic paste, cook for 1 minute.
•Add tomatoes and spices (red chili, turmeric, coriander, salt), cook until tomatoes soften.
•Add mutton and brown. Mix in yogurt.
Pressure Cooker: 15-20 minutes under pressure.45-60 minutes, adding water if needed.Finish with garam masala and garnish with cilantro.
